Title is in my name? I paid my car off. They lost the title. Gave me a release of interest/lost title paperwork that was notarized. I transferred it into my name. They came and took the vehicle back saying I didn't pay 300 dollars. I have the key. Can I go get my car. The cops say it is a civil matter.
How can i get my car back that was repoed I have a notorized release of interest.
