How can I get my bicycle wheel to work?

I recently took apart and cleaned the back wheel on my beach cruiser bicycle. However, when I put it back on the chain spins, but the tire doesn't move. I was wondering if I put some pieces on wrong or if I'm missing something. I have both nuts, two ball bearings, one spring, and one gear. Can anyone help me?
