i am a sophmore in highschool. im pretty fast, but i know i could do much better. this is my second year in track, and i think i have good running form. my track workout doesnt consist of much. usually block work and sprints.
i run my 100m in 11.59s and my 200 in 23.9s.
im 15, 5'8, and 150 lbs with a somewhat muscular build.
