How can I get mp3 ringtones on my hiptop slide?

I've tried using that "Audacity" program but when i select the song and then click cut, nothing happens. So, I need some other way of getting FREE, no signup ringtones for my hiptop slide. OR if somebody could be super dooper nice and make a ringtone out of the song Heartbeat by Stereo Skyline from 45s to 1 min that would be greaaaaaaat! kthnx :3
