For health and to tone my tummy and thighs. I want to look fit....
I don't really like running because my stamina is low. I can walk for hours but not run because in the midst of running I feel a little stressed (I don't know why some people say they feel relaxed when they run?)
Is there anything that can motivate me to exercise? I want to lose weight, but I'm not fat my BMI is around 18. Just chasing after healthy living!
