How can I get more power out of my Honda Civic?

I drive a 99 civic cx 60k miles with an aftermarket intake and exhaust. I want more power...what should i do? I'm scared if i throw a turbo in there I'll blow my engine so what else is there?
 
dc headers, stage 3 clutch, aftermarket cams,---v2 intake---2.5-3" piping from cat to muffler, etc

theres more u can do but thats all i think of

make the car all motor and no turbo
new pistons etc.
no engine swap caz they are over rated
