B bugear001 Guest Oct 17, 2008 #3 Kilz is water base. If it is still wet, hose it down. If it has dried, I would suggest getting a pressure washer.

C cdpaso Guest Oct 17, 2008 #5 Paint thinner or mineral spirits, but be careful with the bike. Remember it is painted also.
