How can I get Job by test driving Cars like top gear?

i want to know what kind of school i need to go to so i can get a job test driving cars and just driving them arounda track and telling people how the cars respond. Example like top gear how did they get the job of just driving nice fast cars around a track what kind of place to you need to apply to get that kind of job I love Driving and love cars and always wanted a job where i could do that
Example like jay leno driving nice cars and telling people how the cars are thats what im looking for
