How can I get into the University at age 21 without a high school Diploma Certificate.?

The reason is because I became a school drop-out in high school first year in year 2004 and ever since then no means to school but I still have the zeal and courage to feather the education to read Medicine or Biology but I don't know the exact steps to follow to get to the university.
