I am In sri lanka. there are a lot of tourist come to sri lanka. yearly it is increase by several present. so i hope to start a cactus park in sri lanka .there is no any cactus park or garden in here ( I have never seen a cactus park in any where as i wish ) I hope to start it as a large botanical garden. surely It will make profit more than 100% yearly. I can do all these things and can get a free land also here ...and only need an investor who can invest for it. I can do it in cheaper than you think. ...

this may be a big project in sri lanka and will have more attention. first of all have to get approval of BOI (Board Of Investment) and investor is the owner of this project. I am coordinator or agent . who work under owner. can provide all legal documents and agreements with him as suitable.
