I'm 15, about 5'6" or 5'7", and weigh about 122 pounds. I've been exercising alot and lost quite a bit of weight, and I'm trying to just lose a few more pounds.
I want flat abs and a nice, toned body, but my mom refuses to join a gym.
I've been doing squats, leg lifts, cruches, pushups, and I walk around alot and ride one of those stationary bike things.
So, I wanted to get flat abs and everything over the summer. What are some exercises I can do that will help me, and that I won't need expensive equipment for?
