How can I get fit for competitive soccer tryouts in 1 month?

Hello I'm a 14 year old, 5'1", 115 pounds, intermediate soccer player that is looking to get fit for soccer. I can go to the gym twice a week, but besides that im limited to my neighborhood. But i am able to practice soccer 3 or 4 times a week with a partner and a soccer goal. Then besides that I would only be able to do stuff like push ups or sit ups. I am sort of fit right now with a good amount of leg strength for my size and slightly above average speed. Could you guys be precise with your answers and if possible give a week by week system that progresses with each week that passes. Thanks!
