How can i get financial support from husband living in the united states?

Eleven years ago he left us for another woman. I son learn that they reside in California and with kids already? I am raising my two children singlehandedly for the past 11 years.
 
Depends on your divorce agreement terms. If he was supposed to pay child support, or if he abandoned you, the more than likely he can be taken to court for child support. In Texas, the attorney general's office holds deadbeat dads accountable and they can assist you. But really you need to consult an attorney. The can take him to court for not only back child support, but also attorney's fees so you don't have any out of pocket expense.
