I do 100m in about 12.8, i'm 13 and i want to become faster at 100m! i play wing in rugby so i do a lot of sprinting there and i always feel like i run faster in my rugby boots but i can't sprint on a track in those. I can't really tell a difference between when i run in my spikes and when i run in normal trainers. So do you have any tips i can use to become faster at 100m? i want to be able to do about 11 seconds. So what are your tips?
