How can I get facebook games on my mytouch Q 4G from T-Mobile? And sync music/pics to it?

I just got the phone today so I have no clue how to use it.
I get the notifications on facebook, but when I click on them it just says "oops something went wrong." Is there an app I need to download or is my internet just off. Its done this all day.
Also, how do I sync music to it? I got it to where I have to enable tethering, but my windows 7 computer won't read it at all. It just charges it.
