...subs/ and a 200 watt amp? This is a project I would like to begin on. I want to make a boombox powered by 120v power and use car audio components. I am just having trouble converting 120v AC into 12 - 14v DC with massive amperage. How can I achieve my goal. I know that I may need a diode rectifier and possibly a transformer or a capacitor. Could you give me some links to the equipment I would need along with how to set this up so I don't kill myself. I know its going to be super heavy which is not an issue. Thanks.
