How can I get completely free ring tones onto my Rant?

I've been trying for hours to get ringtones onto my Rant. I dont have a data plan, so I really neeed to avoid using the internet on the phone at all. I have a USB cord, and a 256mb mini card in the phone. I will do any converting necessary. Anyone know how?
