how can i get better gas miles and power from my 2.5 ford ranger?

Can i put a cold air intake or a tornado , or flow masters with headers?
I want more power and better gas mileage
 
Have the engine management system re-mapped,re-programmed...this will increase the BHP and also give you more MPG if you drive carefully....check on line..hypertech tuners..
