I have Samsung Syncmaster 932gw 19 inch monitor and Nvidia gforce 8600 GT video card. Untill today I had driver #178, but today I decided to upgrade it to the latest (196 edition which supports my card), because Photoshop began sending messages that I should consider doing so. I have upgraded video card driver several times before and everything was fine until now.
Now the resolution is 800x600 and 1024x768, which is totally NOT ok. Custom resolution doesnt work cuz it just stretches out the image in a weird way. I used to have similar problem when I just got the monitor couple years ago, but then I just upgraded the driver for the card. I tried reinstalling 178 driver but nothing changed...
PLEASE HELP, because I have work due to be done!!!!
