How can I get apps to my blackberry storm without internet connection?

Hi, is it possible to get apps, like the shotgun app, to my blackberry storm 9530 when I donät have internet on it? Is it possible to transfer through USB from my computer? And in that case, HOW? I already tried but I did'nt know where to put it.
