How can I get another water bottle holder on my road bike?

I think a know the answer, but I want to make sure. I have a newer road bike. Aluminum alloy frame. It's a pretty light road bike. Well, it only has one spot for a water bottle. Back in the day I would drill, but I'm thinking that is a no no on this frame. I don't want to do it anyway, I just want a way to out one more spot for a holder.
should I drill? I am thinking it's not a good idea to do that. I have already used the pre-drilled nice holes they have on the bike.
 
Most water bottle and cage systems will come with clamps that go around the frame. If not use zip ties or hose clamps.

one on the bar from handlebars to the sprocket, and one under the seat, to the sprocket.

lol i know that sounded dumb, but it's hard to explain.
