...return policy? I have had a terrible experience with this jewelry store. My fiance bought me a pair of $1000 earrings there that appraised for $300; then I tried returning them and they told me they did not have a return policy, and I had 30 days to exchange them. We were able to find a pair of earrings that looked decent, and we exchanged them. Anyways, I had the earrings for about 3 days when one of them fell out of my ear. I later found the screwn on backing in my car, and the earring about 10 mins later. It turned out that the backing they gave me was way too big for the earring, and I was able to push it halfway through the bar before actually screwing it on. After this incedent I checked the jewelry store's reviews and they were terrible, horror stories of people getting ripped off by them and the warranty not covering what they said it would. I once again asked for my fiance's money back, and not only was I called neglegent for loosing the earring by one of the salesman, but the manager started blaming me for losing the earring and told me I must have not screwed it on correctly. He offered me a whole new settings, but I am terribly afraid of taking a risk with this company. I just desperately want my money back, and I read a review by someone who said that since he got his money back from his payment protection with VISA, the jewelry store did not want to deal with them so just refunded him. Although, my fiance got me the earrings on financing. Please help!
