How can I get a video without the proper codec to play on windows media player?

Ok, I have some videos that I took with my CASIO 10.1 megapixel camera and they won't play on windows media player. Yeah I know I can use quicktime and I do, but I need to use it on movie maker so I'm in a bit of a pickle. So if you know a download or something that would fix the codec problem let me know!!!
