I have the Lg Env 2 and I had it replaced 10 plus times, becuase the external part of it doesnt work except 3 buttons, when I watch my videos, the screen freezes and sometimes it turns off on me for no reason at all even when I have the full battery, and all the chargers I have gotten, does not charge my phone, so I have to use my mom's charger. But what im saying is, that is it possible if I can go to the Verizon store and get a completley different model for free under my same warrenty?
For a example, my friend had the voyager and every charger she has gotten wouldn't charge her phone and she was able to get the EnV touch for free..
