Here's the story. My neighbors had their bike stolen 2 days ago at night and it was a medium sized mountain bike. They at least tried to frame me by taking one bike and putting it in my back porch. My neighbor knows I didn't do it.
I had two kids who I thought stole it.
Kid 1 : I walked by his house before and he had three mountain bikes in his front porch. I know that he also said he would steal my friend's quad if he didn't watch it. He is also smokes and is also 13 years old.
He is also mental.
He also took my broken bike, I gave it to him because it was worthless.
He hates me because me and my friends left him at a park, he called us names and he was mad.
I think he stole it because when I walked by his house my old bike and my neighbor's bike were not in the front or back of the house.
I need a plan on how to approach this quietly and a fast get away plan.
He lives a couple blocks away from my house. He lives up a hill and he has people hanging out by the front porch, And some weird foreign
kids playing basket ball watching me go by his house. I am not sure if he has it but there is a 85% chance he does, and I am willing to fight him for it.
Kid 2 : This kid probably didn't do it. He has his own bike and really wouldn't steal. He only gets mad when you try to make him mad.
His mom left him and his dad is in jail. So there is just an old man living in a green house.
