I am studying with Cengage Education but i am unhappy with the service, and the course doesn't appear to be helping me much. I am dissatisfied and want to cancel my contract and get a refund, but i have just read their terms and conditions and it says that termination/cancellation needs to be done within 5 days of agreement date. Is there anything i can do? i am desperate to get out and study with an academy instead.
How can i get a refund with Cengage education?
