How Can I Get A New Cricket Phone?

I bought a cricket phone about a year ago now and its pretty wrecked. The buttons are mashed up, their scratches on the screen and pieces fallen off. I didn't buy the warranty when I first got it though, and now I want a new one or replaced perhaps. My phone cost about $130 - it was the Samsung Messager II SCH-R560. I didn't buy the warranty though because it would have been more expensive to purchase! So HOW CAN I REPLACE THIS OLD PHONE? I WANT THE EXACT SAME ONE THOUGH. HELP!!!
