i have verizon and i need a new phone. i just updated in november with the env2 but it is the worst phone i've ever had. right now i'm on my second one and going in today to exchange it for a 3rd. i know about their 3 strikes policy where they'll gimme a different phone after i go through three envs but i dont know the details.
also, i want to get the alias 2 once i go through 3 envs, but i want it for free. i deserve it for having 3 crappy env2s and dealing with their crap. how can i get it for free?
