Ok so I am not fat I just have a tummy and sides...Not huge....But I really want to feel more confident and look great in a costume for Halloween and be able to feel comfortable showing off my figure...I am buying a costume on sunday but That's find i want to be my goal on halloween so how can i do it?
I eat usually something like a piece of bread folded in 1/2 with some jam a lil and a lil butter for breakfast i odnt have a lot of time to eat i just grab it and go....
for lunch i have like a sandwhihc or wrap or pizza bagel with some kinda fruit..
dinner i have no control over....so i cant pick what i eat for super since i am still at home and go to school....
I am in dance class at school so tht is 5 days a week....i need to know wht exercise to do...i can do 30min dancing at home but wht exercise? situps wht plz help.
I mean for halloween so saying nt to eat halloween candy doesnt help...i wanna be my goal FOR halloween...
