im in a screwed up situation i sold a car to a friend and the car broke down i was under heavy medication at the time so he took advantage of me by getting me put a loan in my name and promised to pay it back but never did instead he skipped town and haven't heard from him since now im paying for the car all over again 500$ the problem is i don't know where the car is and if the car is used to commit a crime or wrecked and so on i am responsible for it
is there any way to get the car out of my name besides reporting it stolen because this guy is known as crazy and might have me killed if prosecuted ,so i don't end up liable for any thing that might happen to or with it
