How can I get a ASP.NET programmer license in USA?

I live in Houston TX and I'm skilled in ASP.NET programming and website development and I don't know how to get a license in that subject. I've not passed any courses I've just learned it by myself but I'm so skilled that I can get a license just by taking the exam.
Where can I go for getting such a license?
