i have a 1993 honda accord lx and i put in a ram intake and i want it to go faster what can i put in it to make it go faster without putting a turbo

For imports it's very important to lose weight since they are only v4.

-Remove extra seats that you don't need
-Remove the spare tire
-Replace your wheels with fly weight wheels like the XXR wheels.
-Use Carbon Fiber Hood
-Carbon Fiber Trunk
-Put new headers
-Larger spark plugs
-Nitrous Oxide
-Super charger (if you don't want a turbo, then this baby can do the trick!)
-New Engine. Throw an H22a or a K20 in there.
-Bucket Seats
-Never put a roll cage unless your car can go below 12 second on a quarter mile or else it's useless.
-New computer

That's all I can think of right now. Hope this helps.

you arent going to get much HP out of that at all.. you can go with simple bolt ons such as headers and exhaust and then get an engine management system and a tune.. an intake alone will get you pretty much no horsepowere, just better throttle response.. you're not going to be able to get a significant increase in HP with your naturally aspirated motor, or if there are parts out there for it, it would be cheaper to turbocharge the car

my advise, keep the car stock and in good driving condition and pick yourself up a real project car

Small things can help by reducing weight like if you carry bags in your trunk take those out. If you want to actually mod, you can modify the intake and exhaust which will boost your horsepower. If you want to get technical you can re-map the ECU to give you like maybe 15-20 more horsepower but be very careful with the ECU. Buy the more expensive gas because it contains more octane which will clean your engine which means better flow which then also means better performance. Also if you want you can get new tires and fill them up with nitrogen instead of regular air because regular air expands too much. I did that on my 2003 Accord LX.
