how can i gain low end torque? 1991 Dodge Stealth RT Non turbo (5 speed)?

I recently put straight pipe on and a cone filter in place of the stock one. Help me beat these fags in their four cylinder hondas!
my stealth will smoke any v8 s10. Maybe not after 150 mph but in any 1/4 mile the s10 wouldnt have a chance.
