How can I fully sync my Palm Zire 72 with a PC?

I have a Palm Zire 72 handheld that I have tried to back up to PC desktop with Windows XP. When I tried to do so, my Media copied over but my Contacts and Memos did not. Any idea how I can get everything from Palm Zire to the desktop?
