simple, you can't. Oh, you'll get hits on people that make claims of doing it. They also claim to have an engine that will power a 3000 pound car in 0 to 6 in 5 seconds and get 80 miles per gallon. Or that they make H2 and do great things that if studied is doable, but the cost to implement is 3 times as expensive as just buying the right fuel.
