Heres what happened.... I had a tail light out... I tried taking it out but pulled too hard and the green wire attached to the tail light pulled out of the socket where i put the light bulb in... when it snapped, it hit something metal and there were some sparks... the sparks caused the lights on the other side of the car to burn... i replaced all the light bulbs and everything works fine... but not i cant figure out what to do with that tail light... replacing the bulb didnt work....

I'm guessing your wiring "pigtail"is damaged. Take a picture of it and bring it in to a automotive parts place and see if they can match it up. Then you can splice in the new one, you'll need wire crimps and connectors. Or follow the wiring back and see if there is a connector that you can unhook at take it with you. Toyota dealer $$$$$$ aftermarket will be a lot cheaper.

If there's no wire still sticking out of the socket that you can re-splice the broken wire to, then go to your local junk yard with a cutting side pliers and cut that connector off a car similar to yours. Then splice all the wires of the junk yard connector (color for color) to your vehicle wires.
