How can I fix some holes on the outside of my car?

I have alot of left over flashing from siding my house and limited money. step by step help would be nice because I have never done body work before. Its my first car and it was rusted alot so I grinded out the rust. now im stuck with these holes. I cant do any welding neither.
 
You have made a huge mistake by attempting to do body work without being skilled in doing so. The fact that you have to ask how to do body work means that you should not be doing it. There is a reason why everybody doesn't do their own paint and. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and money and have a pro take care of it. I have seen so many "do it yourselfers" slit their own throats. They made their situation much worse by trying to take the easy way out.
