i have tried to find a way to fix my media player for 6 months and i can't find anywhere in here that will help me to do so.i can go into my documents and pull out a video and play it just fine. no problem! but when i go to try to play something from the internet such as my space or anywhere else it will not play it. it will play 2 words of a song and then quit and then come back and play 2 or 3 more words and then quit again. i have videos on my space that i want to play back and hear but this is the way it plays them and so on with someone else's stuff that they put up on line for me to hear.i have went everywhere on line to try to find a way to fix it. my computer tells me there is nothing wrong with it, that i have all the latest updates and fixes. is there anyone out there who can tell me what to do to fix it? right now i'm running windows 2000, but it also does it in my windows xp.
