How can I fix my window knob on my Chrysler Sebring convertible?

My rear left window was not working, I moved more roughly the knob for this window and it works. I would like to remove the cover on the picture to be able to see what is below and the window knob and maybe replace it. But I can't remove the cover, I used 2 small flat screwdrivers. I'm afraid to damage the plastic cover.
 
Make sure that down in where you put your fingers that there is not a screw, maybe at the indent near the back at the bottom.
