I have attempted many times to fix my Palm Pre. I got another one from Palm Inc. as a replacement, but they said to keep the old once, because they didn't want it. I'd like to fix this one if I can so that I can sell it. The phone hardware is absolutely fine - the problem is isolated to the firmware. I ran WebOS Doctor multiple times a few weeks ago to no avail. I just recently tried again and it reached 96%, then stalled. I ran it again and now it won't go past 30% or so. It gets up to less than a third and then displays "Phone Disconnected". What should my next step be? The phone is completely unusable - I can only get it to the Recovery Mode (USB logo displaying). Otherwise, it just displays an exclamation point and a web address (palm.com/rom).
