How can i fix my nokia 6500?

Everytime i turn it on, within 5 seconds it immediately turns off.
Is there anyway i can possibly rectify this issue, without sending it in to nokia, or replacing it(i don't have warranty on the phone).

if it is not battery issue then it is hardware issue
try servicing it at local technician for cheaper service cost
