During online play, no matter what game, I start lagging and then lose connection to the game, but the live account would still be connected. When it first started, a few weeks ago, i thought it was the my wireless router which I then reset and it fixed the problem for about a week. It happened again except this time it stayed the same after i fully reset the router. I started connecting it straight the modem and the problem remains the same. I called my internet provider and they said the connection is fine on their end. I have road runner and when i run the speed test my download speed is between 7000 - 22000 kpbs depending on time of day and my upload speed is between 450 - 490 kpbs. Besides calling 1 800.4MY.XBOX, which doesnt seem to get me anywhere, what can i do to fix this problem. Also, i have fully reset my modem which did nothing to help my problem.
