Before this happened I downloaded the latest update for Ovi maps on the app. update. My software version is not updated. Then I opened the new ovi maps after I closed the application the phone operated slowly and then i pressed the red button to end all apps. the home screen was displayed and suddenly the phone hanged in the screen. i can't access anything and i can't turn the phone off at the power button. HELP ME PLEASE
