how can i fix my flash player?

i went to run and typed regedit and deleted a few things because of a virus
now ever since my flash player wont work youtube keeps sayin to install the new flash player but it still shows tht error
any suggestions?
ive already tried uninstalling and re intalling
and downloading from the adobe site
