My speakers aren't making any sound but they work fine. I know it's a problem with my computer. I already installed sndvol32.exe which I thought was the problem at first but the speakers still don't do anything. I go to start>all programs>accessories>entertainment>volume control and click on volume control. But when I do a message appears saying "There are no actice mixer devices avaible. To install mixer devices, go to Control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click Add Hardware." The problem with this is my control panel doesn't have a Printers and Other Hardware icon. It does have an Add Hardware icon but it doesn't help at all. What should I do or install to get my sound system to work again?
