How can I find the drive for a panasonic DVD player?

It's the Panasonic DMR EZ-27 DVD Player Recorder, drive model: VXY1961. Mine stoped working and I'll have to replace it myself. Panasonic does not list this replacement part in their corporate site. My other alternative would be to buy a new one -DVD Player, that is
Any help would be greatly appreciated
