How can I find previously stored files on SD Chip in HTC Tilt 2?

Previously I had a Samsung Eternity, and I saved most of my important pictures/audio files to my SD Chip, today I got my HTC Tilt 2, and I can't figure out how to find my previously stored files on the chip. Any help? :) Thank you in advance lovelys. xo
