How can I find out who lives at an address?

I want to find out who lives in my Great Grandma's old house, and for how long. I want to find out possibly how much they purchased the house for, how much the property is worth, and if possible if there is a way I could find out if the house ever goes up for sale. I want to try and buy the house back someday. And im not going to go knocking on their door and ask them! So is there a site I can use? When can I go to find this out?
 
go or enter call the county court house in which the house is in . They can not notify if the house ever goes up for sale because they will not know only the owners. You can find this out as soon as the court house open tomorrow
