suspect that it is. Thanks.? I have been RENTING the house that I live in for three years. I am in Contra Costa County California. During that time, mail has come for my landlord now and then. Over the past few weeks, there have been 10 items or more, and they are all from a lender, and places like that. One of them had a stamp on it that said something about foreclosure. When asked, he said he changed to a different finance company. That the house isn't in foreclosure. That doesn't make sense to me. I am trying to find a way to check and see if this house actually is in or going into foreclosure. If we get kicked out of here we're in big trouble. I can do plenty of GUESSING, but I need someone who KNOWS about this stuff to answer this question please. Thank you for reading this.
