how can I find out if someone has a warrant with out calling the court house.?

well that basically asked it lol. Im trying to find out if my cousin has a warrant or not. We all think he does but he wont tell us. I'm sick of his crap lol.. help me out?
just so this is out of the way if anyone else answers this.. it is my business I know he is dealing drugs again.. and he is stealing from me and my family... if your answer is judgmental or rude please keep it to yourself.
